• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and weld symbols
• Fabricate and assemble parts to print specifications
• Maintain weld quality in accordance with AWS standards and customer requirements
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
• Operate fabrication equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area

· Minimum 2 years welding/fabrication experience preferred

• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills required
• Proficient in print reading and weld symbol interpretation
• Familiarity with AWS welding codes and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have strong attention to detail, quality, and an exceptional attitude

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or precision fabrication environments
• Fit-up and fabrication experience
• Ability to weld large multi-pass groove and fillet welds exceeding 1"      thickness
• Ability to pass a weld test
